Authorized Builder Program

Hoopa Modular Building Enterprise distributes our modular homes via a network of Authorized Builders.  The Hoopa Modular Authorized Builders in turn sell our homes to owners of scattered home sites or in exclusive subdivisions within our geographic market area.

Gaining approval and designation as an Authorized Builder Hoopa Modular grants the Builder the privilege and right to represent himself and/or his/her company as an authorized, independent Builder of Hoopa Modular single family homes, accessories and related services for distribution to the scattered building sites and/or platted, approved subdivisions within the assigned territory.

The basic requirements to become an Authorized Builder are as follows:

1.   The applicant shall have a California contractors license.

2.   The applicant should be actively engaged in the home building industry.

3.   All applicants must have a strong desire to succeed and the professional and financial ability to succeed.
