The Lilac II and III are enlarged versions of the Lilac. Each home is this series is a split bedroom ranch style plan. Split bedroom refers to a home with the master bedroom located on one side of the home and the remaining bedrooms on the other side.  This layout provides the ultimate in privacy for the owners and the rest of the family or guess.

The Lilac II has added a family room for the active family.  Each version of the Lilac offers an open floor plan in the center of the home featuring a large living room opening into the dining room with optional columns and a plant ledge along the hallway.  The ell-shaped kitchen has a large island work area with a lowered countertop serving as a snack ledge.  The master bedroom suite is highlighted with a large walk-in closet.  The remaining two bedrooms are serviced with another full size bath.
